At the Xbox Partner Showcase on Thursday local time, the Korean team Mintrocket officially announced that the indie game Dave the Diver will be coming to Xbox — and is immediately available for download. As a breakout title, the game has already sold over 4 million units and earned the team a BAFTA award.

Director Jaeho Hwang said:

“For Dave, Xbox was the last frontier. Today, we’re excited to bring Xbox Series players into the adventure. Players around the world already love Dave and that chaotic but lovable crew. We look forward to the new audience not only experiencing the base game, but also digging into three DLCs that expand the world‑view and keep fans coming back.”

According to IT Home’s report, all DLC will launch on Xbox simultaneously, including the crossover with Dredge, the “Dredge” content pack, and the “Ichiban’s History” DLC.

Also revealed for the first time: the next DLC is planned for release in early 2026. In this new expansion, Dave will collaborate with the jungle‐dwellers and explore a mysterious lake surrounding a new village on the island. Players can expect a brand‑new story, mini‑games and cooking recipes when the DLC arrives.
