According to Modezone.com, Nubia has officially announced its Cloud AIOS 2 major version upgrade plan, with the new version scheduled to begin rolling out to older devices starting January 2026.
Under the plan, the rollout schedule is as follows:
- January 2026: nubia Z70 Ultra and nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition
- March 2026: nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Edition and nubia Z60 Ultra
- May 2026: nubia Z60S Pro
Reference Modezone.com's earlier report notes that the nubia Z80 Ultra has already been upgraded to Cloud AIOS 2, bringing smoother scheduling and operation, as well as the new Super Little Star 2.0 feature.
Last November 6, ZTE officially launched its Cloud AI+ strategy. On that foundation, Nubia introduced Cloud AIOS 1.0, featuring a comprehensive overhaul of interaction models and debuting on the flagship Nubia Z70 Ultra. According to official descriptions, Cloud AIOS integrates hundreds of billions of parameters in cloud-side large models and 3 billion parameters in on-device large models, covering natural language, speech, imaging, vision, and multimodal capabilities.
