The Korean developer NCsoft — best known for titles such as Lineage — brought its highly anticipated MMORPG Aion 2 to G‑STAR 2025, and the buzz was palpable. In his keynote on 13 November, CBO Baek Seung‑wook (白承旭) described Aion 2 as realising the dream world of the original title — a realm where players can walk, fly, and swim through all visible terrain. He invited players to begin “the first chapter of the journey to become the guardians of the Eternal Tower.”
“This is a world where you can explore everything you see,” he said.
Release Schedule & Pre‑Launch Access
- Aion 2 is scheduled to launch on November 19 at 00:00 (KST).
- From November 16 onward, players will be able to pre-download the game and create their characters ahead of the full launch.
