The free Assassin’s Creed Mirage DLC “The Valley of Remembrance” launched on November 18 alongside the 1.1.0 update, introducing the brand-new region Al-Ula, along with various new gameplay features and system improvements.

Following the release of the free DLC, Assassin’s Creed Mirage experienced a mild resurgence on Steam, with its daily peak concurrent players rising from around 500 to over 1,000. However, this number remains far below its all-time peak of 7,867.
In fact, on Steam, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the weakest-performing entry in the series in terms of player count, trailing far behind recent releases. For comparison:
- Assassin’s Creed Shadows reached an all-time peak of 64,825 players.
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla reached 15,679.
Of course, this gap is partly due to Mirage being a much smaller-scale title.
However, Ubisoft’s recent financial report notes that the release of the free DLC “The Valley of Remembrance” pushed Mirage’s global player count past 10 million, marking new franchise-specific highs for the game. Early feedback on the DLC has been generally positive, and player activity has doubled since its launch.
