New Guard/Stronghold “Feitian Ruins” Goes Live — A Grand Chase with the Former Grandmaster
During earlier exploration, players may have already pieced together fragments of Qing’s past from scattered records. As one of the three significant figures of the previous generation within the Mo Sect, Qing was exceptionally skilled, bold, and warm-hearted, and took it upon herself to “open the mountains and bring prosperity”. Yet years ago, she vanished without a trace during the Mo Sect’s Mountain-Opening Ceremony.
In the brand-new story for “Feitian Ruins,” players will be led into the shattered remains of Feitian City, now collapsed and fallen, to追 trace Qing’s final footsteps.
High-Impact Aerial Pursuit Sequence
According to the official introduction, the new Guard/Stronghold run features a visually striking mid-air chase. Players must pilot a wooden kite glider (木鸢), speeding through collapsing structures and seas of clouds, launching a grand pursuit—described as a flight “racing through the wreckage of time toward an unfinished promise.”
During the chase, players must not only attack targets while riding the glider but also react swiftly to dense obstacle zones, delivering a highly cinematic sense of impact.
Final Confrontation
After reaching the end of the instance, players will face off against this legendary Grandmaster and undergo her trial.
New Concept Song: “Ballad of Broken Feathers” (《残羽谣》)
Alongside the high-energy combat and story, the Yanyun team also collaborated with well-known singer Huang Shifu (黄诗扶) to release the Mo-themed concept track “Ballad of Broken Feathers” (《残羽谣》). With an elegant, lingering melody, the song tells a tale of sorrow and regret from the jianghu. The track has also been released on NetEase Cloud Music.
