Return to Buxianxian and enter the underground area beneath Jiuxiang Tower.

You can use the interaction button to dash/leap straight forward, then go down to pick up the key.

After you grab your items, push open the door into a hall. Turn left and open the door to unlock the Ruoshui Source fast-travel stone. Then return to the hall and leave via the other side.

After leaving a letter for Aunt Han, find Yi Dao, triggering a long story sequence.

Fight your way back into the village to rescue people, then you’ll fall back into the same underground hall beneath Jiuxiang Tower to fight the boss Qianye.

Boss tip: when Qianye enters Phase 2 and switches to an ice-woman form, your HP will gradually drain. You can recover by attacking or by using deflection/parry (卸势).

After the cutscene, you’ll control a horse. Once the storyteller finishes, go to the tree where the young master’s red cloak hangs to trigger another scene.

Next, you’ll need to reach Level 32 before you can head to Kaifeng. For now, keep exploring Qinghe, do side quests, and raise the region’s exploration level.

Go to Shanmiao Isle (Shanmiao Zhou / 善妙洲) in the north and talk to the Wandering Wayfarer (Tianya Ke) to unlock the Shanmiao Zhou map.

When your Qinghe Exploration Level reaches Level 4, claim the reward to obtain the Muyun Pendant (暮云佩).

Then go to the riverbank in Buxianxian to find Qiu Yuehai and unlock Major Qinggong (advanced lightness skill movement)—but it can only be used within the Qinghe region.
