First, I think the Sister pairs very well with the King Horse and King Worm relics—not a single wasted stat among them. The King Worm's continuous attack, mana regeneration, mana bar increase, and Mage Tower mana boost all synergize nicely with the Sister. The King Horse's stamina boost and attribute attack power increase when attribute attack is active, which works excellently for weapon arts, plus the +0 ultimate regeneration is a perfect fit. However, this means you can only keep one common relic, which is a bit unfortunate. You'd either go with Prison and Night for attack boost, exclusive modifiers, or Old Cold Leg for accelerated progression. If my Haki Snail's third common relic proves to be a good fit when the time comes, it'll slot in perfectly. For Midnight relics, I personally think you want one with +1 ultimate charge, then stack attribute attack power +2, or go for exclusive modifiers and class-change modifiers.

The reason for double ultimate regeneration is that the passive ability allows teammates' ultimates to refresh yours for unrestricted use. Combined with double ultimate regen, you can use your ultimate frequently. Since the ultimate can synergize with techniques, double ultimate regen during runs allows the Sister to cast ultimates often, while techniques complement the ultimate. Don't worry about slow ultimate charging—just kill a few mobs, and it's back up, plus teammates can refresh it for you. I believe this will significantly accelerate early progression. This is my personal understanding. At the very least, the King Horse and King Worm relics make for a very accessible build that doesn't require luck. The remaining slot depends on your luck and whatever good drops you get. The same goes for Midnight relics—use whatever good ones you have. What do you all think?
